Strategic Understanding, Decision-Making & Responsible Governance
AI for Managers is an executive education program designed for senior leaders who are expected to make critical AI-related decisions,without being technology specialists. As artificial intelligence increasingly shapes business strategy, operations, and governance, leaders must move beyond hype and develop informed judgment about where AI creates value, where it introduces risk, and how it should be governed responsibly.
This program focuses on AI as a leadership and decision-making challenge, not a technical skillset. Participants will develop a strategic understanding of what AI can and cannot do, how to critically interpret AI outputs, and how to align AI initiatives with organisational goals, ethics, and risk frameworks.
Through four interactive sessions, the program combines strategic frameworks, hands-on exposure, and governance perspectives to help leaders confidently evaluate AI opportunities, question assumptions, and oversee AI adoption at scale. Rather than teaching coding or tools, the course equips managers with the clarity, confidence, and frameworks required to lead AI initiatives responsibly in real-world business contexts.
By the end of the program, participants will be better prepared to integrate AI thinking into strategy, risk management, and organisational decision-making,while maintaining accountability, transparency, and human judgment.
