Strategic Understanding, Decision-Making & Responsible Governance
AI for Managers is an executive education program designed for senior leaders who are expected to make critical AI-related decisions,without being technology specialists. As artificial intelligence increasingly shapes business strategy, operations, and governance, leaders must move beyond hype and develop informed judgment about where AI creates value, where it introduces risk, and how it should be governed responsibly.
This program focuses on AI as a leadership and decision-making challenge, not a technical skillset. Participants will develop a strategic understanding of what AI can and cannot do, how to critically interpret AI outputs, and how to align AI initiatives with organisational goals, ethics, and risk frameworks.
